About

An agency built for one new channel

ChatGPT Ads started as a US test in February 2026 and changed almost every month after that. We work on this one channel, check what we say against OpenAI’s own documentation, and tell businesses plainly whether it fits them yet.

Why we exist

A fast-moving channel needs careful advice

In seven months, ChatGPT Ads went from a US test to more than 60 countries, and OpenAI’s ad policy went through seven versions.

Much of what’s written about the channel hasn’t kept up. Early articles quoted pilot terms, such as a $60 CPM or a $200,000 minimum, that no longer describe how ads are bought. Today businesses in 63 countries can buy through Ads Manager themselves, at auction, from $25 a day per campaign in the US.

So we work the careful way: every platform fact checked against OpenAI’s documentation and dated, and a straight answer on whether the channel suits your business before you spend on it.

How we work

Five rules we don’t bend

They decide what we say on this site, what we take on and how we report. If we ever break one, tell us.

Sources, not hunches

Every statement about how ChatGPT Ads work links to the OpenAI page it comes from and shows when we last checked it. Press reports are labeled as reports.

Honest about fit

If your category, market or budget isn’t ready for the channel, we’ll tell you before you spend anything, even when that means no work for us.

You own the account

OpenAI requires businesses to create their own ad accounts and invite their agency. We’d want it that way anyway: your data and history stay with you.

Your numbers decide

We agree success metrics and stop rules before launch, then check results against your own analytics and CRM, not only against Ads Manager.

No promises we can’t keep

Nobody can guarantee results on a new channel, so we don’t. And we won’t claim a relationship with OpenAI that we don’t have.

Illustration: working rules such as sourcing every claim, being honest about fit, client-owned accounts and judging by your numbers hold up the work

Independence

Independent, and clear about it

We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. ChatGPT is OpenAI’s trademark; we use the name only to describe the channel we work in.

OpenAI names a small group of agency partners, the large holding groups dentsu, Havas Media, Omnicom Media, Publicis Groupe and WPP. We aren’t one of them, and as of 27 September 2026 we haven’t found any certification OpenAI offers to other agencies. If an agency tells you it’s “certified” for ChatGPT Ads, ask to see what that means.

Accuracy

How we keep this site current

  • The bar at the top of every page shows when we last checked the headline platform facts.
  • Pages about the platform carry a “last verified” date, the day we last checked them against OpenAI’s documentation.
  • We update the policy and availability trackers when OpenAI changes its rules or markets, and each page shows the date it was last checked.
  • When something is wrong or out of date, tell us. We fix it, update the date and note what changed.
